We process all deletion requests promptly.

You have the right to delete your FitVeda account and all associated data at any time. Here is how to do it.

How to request account deletion

Send an email from your registered address

Email us from the email address linked to your FitVeda account. This verifies your identity.

We confirm and process

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials and profile data
  • All meal logs, macro history, and food photos
  • Let's Cook history and preferences
  • Goal settings and health profile

What may be retained

Some data may be retained if legally required (e.g. fraud prevention). Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained to improve the product. We will inform you of any such retention in our response.

ℹ️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
