These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FitVeda, including the mobile application and website at fitveda.co.in.

By creating an account or using FitVeda, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Beta product limitations

FitVeda is currently a beta product. This means:

  • Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice.
  • The service may experience downtime or technical issues.
  • AI-generated nutrition estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate.
  • No guaranteed uptime or service level is provided during beta.

3. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not use FitVeda for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the app or its APIs.
  • You must not upload content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights.

4. AI estimates and accuracy

FitVeda uses AI to estimate nutritional content from food photos and descriptions. These estimates are approximations based on available data and may not be exact. Do not rely on them for medical or clinical decisions.

5. No guaranteed results

FitVeda provides information and suggestions to support your health goals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, blood sugar changes, or any other health result from using the app.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitVeda and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI nutritional estimates.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a manner harmful to other users or the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FitVeda after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
