- Profile data: Age, height, weight, gender, and health goal you set in the app.
- Meal and nutrition data: Foods you log, meal scans, macros, and calorie history.
- Food photos: Images you upload for AI meal scanning. These are processed and may be stored temporarily to improve scan accuracy.
- App usage data: Feature usage, session events, and crash reports to improve the product.
- Device data: Device type, OS version, and app version for support and debugging.
2. How we use your data
- Provide core app features: meal logging, macro tracking, Let's Cook, and Meal Impact Score.
- Personalise suggestions based on your health goal.
- Improve AI scan accuracy using aggregated, anonymised meal data.
- Send product updates and support responses via email (only with your consent).
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to legal requests.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Food photos are processed via AI services and are not shared with advertisers.
4. Data sharing
We only share data with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (storage, database, AI processing) under data processing agreements.
- Analytics providers for aggregated, anonymised usage data.
- Legal authorities when legally required.
5. Your rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
- You may withdraw consent for email communications at any time.
